Notre Dame alumni beat Japan
Finally, a Notre Dame team that can beat someone. Now if only their "real" football team can schedule Japan, they might have a shot at another bowl bid. I wonder if UW will schedule Thailand in hopes of doing the same.

Have you seen ND's schedule? I don't think that even they could choke their way out of a bowl game this year. Sadly, they will probably make it to another BCS bowl... and get blown out again.

Thought this was interesting.. I've never even heard of an American Football World Championship. Am I missing something?Japan used the game to prepare for the American football world championship in 2011. It lost the 2007 final 23-20 in double overtime against the United States.
