I was just going through the game schedules on ESPN and transporting the games of interest to my google calendar. Seems like this season starts out with a bang for a lot of programs. I don't remember there being this many big or interesting match-ups early.
Navy @ Ohio State (What if?)
Georgia @ Oklahoma State
BYU @ Oklahoma
Alabama @ Virginia Tech
Notre Dame @ Michigan
UCLA @ Tennessee
USC @ Ohio State
What non-Duck OOC games are you guys looking forward to?

If UCLA can beat Tenn. again this year, I will be so stoked:
1. The mighty SEC loses to a Pac team AGAIN - the school girl crush the media has on them would take another hit
2. Big time pressure on Kiffen right out of the gate after all the talk he has dished out (which boosters and administration has bought hook, line, and sinker) only to lose to an mid-level Pac-10 team. AND desperate people start to do desperate things, which can unravel very fast if you live in a house of cards.
3. Several of our targeted recruits are also high on the Vols and what Kiffen is selling as "something special" - a loss to a mid level Pac-10 team will tarnish that shiney turd. And once the shine is gone, these recruits will realize that "something special" is just another snake oil sales pitch.

I want to see USC vs Ohio State. I don't like either team, but hope USC wins.

Blasphemy, I know, but I would like to see the Huskies beat LSU (just so we can say the second worst pac-10 team beat one of the top SEC teams) and Notre Dame (I just hate Notre Dame more than the Huskies). Pipe dream, I know, but it will be the two times I'm actually rooting for the Huskies this year.
I would also like to see UCLA beat Tennessee, and USC take down Ohio St.
BYU and Oklahoma will be VERY interesting as well.
I'm such a college football junkie though, I'll watch any game.

I have not really looked at the non conference games for other teams so can not say. In regards to the Tennessee game I think if it was anyone but UCLA they might have a chance. Unforttunately UCLA is notorious for not playing well on the road. I think on paper they can beat Tenn.. but with their history on being on the road I highly doubt they will. The Ohio State game will be a good one. 2nd year for Terrell Pryor and think he will be a lot better. Think USC still wins though. If wasnt for being at the Purdue game would enjoy watching this one.
