Can anybody help me with some Oregon tix vs Cal ?

I'm looking for a few tix for some very close friends for my birthday celebration.
I will be taking 4+ other people. They are all College Football fans but live out of state and have never been to Autzen.
I am prepared to pay a premium (above face value) for the seats but I just don't want to get too hammered by Ebay/Stub Hub, etc.
I hope to find reserve tix that are anywhere but end zone and not above row # 50 or so.
Man, this date can't get here soon enough.
