Ranked #6. Doesn't mean anything, but it seems like very few rankers outside of the west coast really know what Oregon is about.

I guess we'll have to let our playing do the talking for us, as usual...

I'm impressed. A team ranker that actually knows what they are talking about.

I think he really touches on something here. There still seems to be a bubble where, outside of Oregon, the pundits either don't believe or don't want Oregon to be good. Given the same circumstances as other programs, they're put two places lower in rankings, not getting the benefit of the doubt.

At what point does that change? Obviously, a BCS win would be huge. But, should it really take all that? Seems like the standard to "get in" is higher for Oregon than some other programs. The location I suppose...?

Definitely good to finally see some Love for the Ducks....Now, let the season begin and lets make every effort to substantiate the #6 ranking and move onward and upward....
