Okay, they still have a long way to go, but I like the direction. The first line I saw several months back was -7 BSU. Since then, I have seen them fall to -5.5, and then -4.5, now -3.5.

That's probably because there were heavy bets for Oregon to cover that ridiculous spread. Oregon may very well lose but a 7 point spread is ridiculous. That should be an easy call there.

It's not Vegas that is starting to come around to our way of thinking..It's the public betting Oregon that's bringing the line down... Vegas could care less as long as they have equal money on both sides of the game.

Exactly. Those first lines were based on comments from pundits who didn't do their homework. For born and bred east coast football folks, Oregon is probably the 53rd team they "look into" and know anything about beyond Phil Knight and uniforms.
