I think that if Masoli struggles to move the offense again we will see Costa in the 2nd quarter. This could be a possible huge day for LMJ. Getting back to masoli and lightning when D's are fresh will be help move the ball and keep our D off the the field early in the game.

I think our offense will continue to misfire but start to get its rhythm back. The D, again, plays our bend but don't break.
Oregon 27-Purdue 17

I think Kelly goes back to what works for the Ducks and at home against a team that is not even close to being as good as Boise State the Ducks get back on track. I think we see good things out of LMJ and Barner and Masoli bounces back. Ducks 35-17. I would normally say what uniform combination do we see but I don't care I just want to see the Ducks play football and win!

Fan.......tastic idea....(pun intended).....Time to see some football on our home turf...Should be exciting stuff....Hopefully this last game will be the needed motivation to get back on track...
Not predicting any scores, just a drastic improvement over the 1st game....

Put Kelly in the booth. Don't be afraid to sit Masoli if he plays like the BSU game. I think this is pretty close to a must-win game for us in terms of confidence, keeping Kelly off any hot-seat, getting the fans back in it, etc.

I see a huge bounce back game for Masoli. He'll keep the ball more often on the read and have 80-90 yards rushing and 2 tds. Expect to see a couple of the new receivers on the field and Holland will sit a bit this game after a couple drops last night. Would love to see Dickson involved more as well as James running all night long.

We need to come out doing what we do best: running the football. We got away from that way to much against Boise St.

I hope not, we have a talented enough team still that if we just quietly go about our business we can make some more positive noise.

We should be out of the rankings, which hopefully can bring our players back to reality and keep us off the radar. Hopefully the O-Line can figure out what they were doing wrong and learn from it. They are talented guys, they just looked unprepared.

It wasn't just the O-Line that looked unprepared; the whole offense looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. I don't know what they were doing during camp and the week leading up to the game, but it sure doesn't look like they did a good job.

Well, there were a lot of problems last night. I'm actually surprised that no one seems to be talking about our inability to make an open field tackle.

I am scared to death for what team is going to show up!

CK should go up to the both and be OC and right this ship...

We need our O-Line to figure out how to play and we will be fine, I just don't want to see what we saw the other night again!

20-21 Ducks in another sloppy game!

GO DUCKS!!

I was dismayed at how many missed tackles there were. There numerous plays where I thought the Ducks had the ball carrier stuffed or cornered and then they were able to gain several more yards before being stopped. There were also a lot of times when the defenders took really bad pursuit angles that enabled ball carriers to turn a corner or make a cut to get upfield for extra yardage. We don't seem to have any sure tacklers except for maybe Thurmond and Ward. The LBs were actually kind of disappointing since they blew their more tackles than I thought they would and didn't stand up to pass coverage.

Tackling was horrendous.

Perhaps this will be a breakout game for LMJ, the guy who may help make it possible to forget... Jackfizzle Rodgers, and help Duck fans move on past "The Shot Heard Round The World".
