Draft Contracts

You can extend your 2nd round picks to have a 3rd year added to his contract (worth 1mil).
You can release any 2nd rounders you have.
You can remove a year from your 1st round pick. Only one player per team.
Due before TC

Cut all of my second rounders. I was really hoping to get to draft my own players since I was one slot away and there were a couple players I wanted. It's my fault for not sending a list but I really thought I wouldn't have to
