Oregon has made the top 4 for 5* DE Kayvon Thibodeaux and the big thing is he's eliminated USC, leaving the Ducks as the only West Coast team. That makes them the frontrunner for when he commits at noon on Dec. 15th.

Realistically, are the rumors legit? Do we actually have a shot with KT or will be end up picking the Tide (assume that's the biggest competition)?

I'd say Oregon's chances are really good, but they'll have to continue fighting until the 15th for him.

If we close this would be an amazing addition. Not just because of KT's expected contribution, but it's also a prestige thing getting one of the very top recruits in the country. It would be interesting to see how he does at the All-America games, that setting is perfect for defensive linemen/pass rushers.

JHop changed his prediction from Oregon to Bama. Hopefully what he's hearing isn't accurate and KT is still an Oregon lean.

I have always figured he would be going to Alabama. Not sure how that is going to shock the world as he claimed would do. No shock here.

Just feels like there hasn't been any real positive movement for this recruiting class as of late as most prognosticators have the top guys going elsewhere while Oregon is now going down to their Plan B and C offers. Hopefully once the coaching carousel slows down and Oregon gets through more of their official and home visits, some good news will come out.
