this will be tough. st. mary's has a good team, and they clobbered wazzu in all four games last weekend. wazzu's not a tall order, but it could be argued we aren't, either. preseason pick to win the west coast conference, they're pretty solid on the mound and at the plate.
did anyone hear anything about why yovan only went 2 innings?

ducks walk off against st mary’s 3-2. stringer was awesome through six. tanner smith with a sac fly plated goldfarb to win it.

Ducks up 3-0 after 3 innings. Nelson has been stellar with 6 Ks so far.

Ducks get leadoff runner on in B4 but can't do anything with him. 3-0 Ducks heading to T5.
