PM claims to me
This was supposed to be closed yesterday when no one claimed him before I simmed. As a result, he is awarded to the Bucks b/c I told him he cant put in a claim due to Nikita being released in a trade involving them so he would be last in line and when no one claimed before the sim he was free.
