This is why it might not be Manning. Maybe he is really unexpected, and it will make us CRAZY as Phalanx just posted, it seems like this might be a player we're not even thinking of.

Manning is completely expected at this point so not sure that would warrant everyone "going crazy"

So who are the possible 4 or 5 star recruits left that have not signed a LOI that would make fans go crazy. I would think Manning but if it is someone unexpected that would go crazy I would not put him in that category.

Since it's the 2021 guys saying this I wouldnt be surprised if its someone from their class. Or maybe Washington or Ashford?
