good find Boom! Well that narrows down the prediction of when he will commit list! He sounds like he still favors us, but not as strong as earlier. Or at least that is my impression from what i have been hearing.

Very interesting...I thought he had a date set? Oh well I'd rather know sooner rather than later!

saw that earlier and I don't care for his recruiting blog so much as I do Greg Biggins for the west. His info is usually a day or two off. So this could be exactly right, but others are proposing this will take place Wedn. 1/28 and I am more inclined to listen to those predictions versus this one.
Side note: This guy has mentioned he thinks Boyd is a OSU lock for quite some time.

To be honest I really doubt anything has changed for him from before he went to Clemson...he rated their trip a 8.5 for petes sake and that was to their own people...just to go over the facts he loved his visit with us, Sports Marketing is what he want to study and he needs to rehab his knee...come on he's a Duck and I think they just want to make it sound interesting (closer than it is ie: "Sports Marketing") because he wants to do the hat thing!

But we will see soon enough!

I agree Greg Biggins is much better!

My guess is that it's down to Oregon and Ohio State.

our qb situation isnt a big deal to him imo, he has said that he thinks he can compete with pryor for playing time, so you know he has to believe he can compete with masoli or thomas..

Destroyer.. thats just nasty.. lol I did not need that image. I will be keeping my fingers crossed that he chooses to Oregon. I hope he does not just blindly pick up a hat and go there. That would be toooooo weird and 2/3 of the hats not ours. Any ideas whether if he goes with Oregon would we see a change with Bryce Brown. I know it is an old topic but am curious whether anything new. Everybody still saying he is committed to Miami.

I just checked Boyd's List of schools at Rivals.com and it had Oregon rated HIGH with both Clemson and OSU rated MEDIUM. Personally, I really hope he comes to Oregon, but I'm not gonna get too worked up over it. I know we'll be fine one way or another.

Thats the great thing! While getting Boyd would be beyond amazing and really show how far we have come as a program, Qb is by no means a position we NEED in this class. We can always use an athletic like QB, but if for some unknown reason he chooses a diff school, sure we are disappointed, but not devastated, because we are so deep there. Come to Oregon boyd!

He'll likely decide this weekend. Hopefully he actually does because I just want to get it done with asap. The Pryor thing drove me to madness, don't need deja vu again.
