These players are on waivers so it cant be processed until tomorrow.
Reminder to everyone, once a player has been cut and a team puts in a claim (new thread), you are also able to put in a claim on that player/s. It is not first come first serve

So right now I’ve only sent in a claim, similar to how FA works?

How are winners between multiple claims determined?

No, just like real-life where once a player hits the waiver wire, all teams have a chance to "sign" him.

Record from previous season until day 30.
If someone creates a new thread, you can send me a PM saying you also want a claim (supposed to be secret but im not creating new threads for all waived players)
Then after 1 day, I will "process" the claim and award the player.
Here is the wording from the rules thread:

Any player lost to Hard Cap penalties will take his existing contract with him. The claiming team with the worst record will get the player. During the first 30 days of the season, the previous years records will be used to determine who gets the waived player. Teams have 24 hours to claim a bought out player. Team with worst record gets the claimed player. If no one has claimed the player after 24 hours, than anyone can sign him.
