Yes, I am fully willing to eat that cap hit, My tentative timetable for this rebuild is 2-3 yrs so it is not going to change my signings this offseason and getting me worse allows me to tank for picks better.

You cant cut Hodges and Stip as they are too good to be cut per rules and you must play them as they are two of your best players

Failure to do so will result in punishment
