The Wheaton Conundrum

The big important question now is... what happens when Wheaton runs out onto Brooks Field with his OSEwe teamates?
Applaude him like classy Duck fans, in recognition for all his family has done for the program?
or....
Give em HELL for turning his back on his duck family, the same duck family that was waiting for him with open arms to continue the legacy his uncle started?
What will you do? I will most likely applaude politely during player intro's, but then all bets are off once the whistle sounds!
ps: he has an older brother who will be coming out of JUCO for the 2010 class who was very interested in us. Could turn into an interesting rivalry, eh?

I would boo him. He is a traitor as far as I'm concerned.

since its OSU, i hope that bitch gets cracked. a TJ Ward specialty maybe?
any other school besides UW or OSU I wouldn't have much of a problem with. OSU makes me think he did it to get back at us.

He left because both the guys recruiting him got fired. You can't blame him for that. I won't boo him anymore than the other beavs

If his name were something other than Wheaton, I would have barely even noticed this commit... think about that guys.

Ignoring is better than booing.

I would have still noticed it. Any player that is looking like he is all Oregon then goes to Oregon State would likely be noticed. Besides that, Wheaton was offered by USC among others and plays a position where we haven't looked good of late. The fact that he is a Wheaton only makes it worse as far as I'm concerned.

Well, I look at it this way....If Mr. Wheaton wishes to be part of a team that gets its tail end handed to em by the instate rivals for the next 4 years....More power to him...
We all make some mistakes in life, and well, we have to live by em...
And, so will Mr. Wheaton (may you now be accepting of the classification of "Lil Brother") ......lol
Ya had it all goin for ya....Shame to waste it away....Oh well, time to move onto other matters....
