What I would be looking to do is 1 of 3 things:

1. Combine players for a single young guys with a bit more upside, but not a clear star, given all the guys I have and picks coming up I'll eventually hit roster crunch, so trading 2 guys who can help teams off the bench now with some upside left for 1 guy who is maybe higher upside but less ready now makes sense.
2. Combine assets for a young "star" either current or strong indication he's well on the path. (could be a pick heavy deal, and/or involve me eating some salary)
3. Combine assets for better picks (particularly 2003 picks).

Testing the waters on what it would cost me to move up into the top 8 or 9 from 23, let me know if you've got a pick in that range and what you'd be looking for.
