I love when people show they don't know how to watch film.
Here are two reps of Jamaree Caldwell vs Grey Zabel. A TON of people said Zabel has been a clear winner so far, fewer have said anything about Jamaree. (He's the 2nd rep/clip in the 2nd tweet). In fairness, Jamaree has been the one guy who does seem to have Zabel's number in these 1v1's, which hopefully speaks well for Poncho next year and his future chances having practiced against him.

Can you explain how exactly Caldwell won those reps for those that aren’t as knowledgeable? I’m not doubting you at all, just curious is all.

Context: These are interior pass rush reps, not run block reps so you want to see your DT/NT do what Jamaree does and essentially walk Zabel back 5 yards each rep so he'd be into the QB's hips. DT's that have to rely on finesse pass rush moves in these reps might "win" a rep but can lose it in the context of what happens 11v11 since those are more for the Tackles and once you make that move inside, you better be Aaron Donald fast/compact because otherwise you'll end up in the Guard's face.
What you want to see is something like what "Thomas the Tank" Perry does here where he is able to stop the rush from ever getting started by moving his feet to where he wants his body/arms to be. Too many guys lunge when they go to block and don't move their feet enough. You want small choppy steps as an OL, not big lumbering steps.

I see, so essentially Caldwell’s job is to push the G/C back to make things more uncomfortable in the pocket, which I’m guessing is to interrupt the flow of the passing game and allow the edge rushers to get to the QB. Thanks for explaining! I appreciate it!

I know Tez is undersized, but it seems like he has what it takes to be a contributor in the NFL. Hope I'm not wrong lol!

He'd fit in Denver and there is a need, not as good of a fit in LA next to Ladd McConkey though.
I think he'll be a quality WR2 in the league as long as he plays like Tyler Lockett in Seattle and essentially focuses on protecting himself when it comes to YAC and making sure he doesn't take any hits. He'll get to operate out of the slot which will help him not have to deal with press coverages.
If he's available in the 4th like Troy was last year, a team is going to be really happy.

Tez is already pretty good at that.
