One of my all time fave Ducks linebacker, gets a ring with the Eagles win as special teams coach. Super happy for him. Loved his play as a Duck.

I am under the impression that Devon Allen got a ring also as a practice squad member.

How many people get rings depends on the organization as sometimes the staffers, trainers etc will get a B or C version of the ring but typically PS guys will be included in the list but it depends on whether or not they get the "A" ring.
