SEC potentially moving towards 9 conference games

I'm wondering if we will get a Big Ten/SEC scheduling alliance afterwards since both leagues mentioned the possibilites if they had the same amount of intra-conference games.

Which will result in them further separating how much money they make from ESPN than everyone else in college athletics. Nice.

Anyway, this is good. We should all be on equal playing field when it comes to the amount of conference games. 8 more guaranteed losses in the SEC now!

BREAKING: The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils have been admitted as a football-only member beginning in 2026 and will play every conference team once annually at their opponent's stadium. The Devils will be excluded from the conference's agreement with ESPN.
