Still can't get it to work. Says to contact the system admin.

Tried deleting and reinstalling several times but no luck.

I’ve tried working with them and haven’t had any luck so far. I’m on vacation until Tuesday so can look into it more then.

It may take a while to get this figured out, unfortunately.

Still have access so can at least stay informed. App is more convenient but this way works too.

Spent a few hours on this, and not having any luck. This will take a deeper dive. Tapatalk's support isn't the best either.
