Pretty sure a young Keith Jackson is calling the game. This was right in the middle of the one-platoon era, and the game was played at Multnomah Stadium in Portland. Oregon was an independent at the time. Willie West was the star, playing RB on offense and DB on defense. These guys are all in their 80s now.
Rare find; I didn't think that a pre-1980s live Oregon football telecast existed.
