Kenyon Sadiq named Mackey Award Finalist

Kenyon Sadiq was named a finalist for the John Mackey Award, which recognizes the best TE in CFB. He may win it if he has another big game against UW.

its been an absolute pleasure watching him grow from a great athlete learning to play football to a great football player. Perfect example of why its good to take fliers on a few guys with insane measurables and see if they can grow. The OL Ferguson from West Salem is kind of in the same boat.
The amount of trust the coaches put in him with the fact he runs choice routes on any pass play where he is matched in man is pretty crazy. I think he is going to be a great one in the NFL. I could see him having a long career was a Gates/Kelce type while also getting a couple carries a game.

Yup, he's amazing. Cool he is an Idaho guy too.
