Sadiq ran a 4.39 official 40, fastest in NFL Combine History for TEs. Absolute freak athlete like everyone expected. For comparison, Eli Stowers ran a 4.55 40.

To me having Sadiq was frustrating. His athleticism and measurables were obvious. I always felt like he should have been option 1. He was a mismatch every game. It’s like we had Gronk but decided he was better suited to be a decoy. If he blows up in the NFL I think I’m going to be more angry than happy

This. We truly are better off without Will Stein who thought the success of the offense relied on his trickery and fooling the opposing defense rather than relying on having superior athletes.
