Jake Books OF/1B (Coastal Carolina) - Will have one year with us. Hit a little over .300 in his first two years at Coastal Carolina before injuries limiting his 3rd year.
Jake Evans 2B/3B (Long Beach St.) - Incoming Junior who was a 2 year starter at Long Beach State. Hit .364 as a SO.
Tucker Jones OF (Delta State) - Incoming SR who's a D2 speed-contact hitter. Hit .362 with 9 HRs, 65 RBIs, and was 32-32 on stolen base attempts.
Mikey Ebner RHP (USC) - Incoming Senior who could be a potential starter or bullpen guy depending on how he recovers from Tommy John surgery.
Ben Barrow C (JMU) - Incoming Senior who'll likely compete to be Oregon's backup C
Dominic Longo OF (ASU) - Incoming Senior who's a streaky hitter with some power at the plate and speed to steal bases. Should factor into Oregon's OF rotation
Chase Frey LHP (GCU) - Incoming Senior who was 2nd Team All-Mountain West who could be a starter or reliever out of the bullpen
Cole Chamberlain C (Coastal Carolina) - Incoming Junior who'll likely compete to be Oregon's backup C
Adrian Lopez 1B/DH (USC) - Incoming Senior who hit .304 with 13 HRs and 47 RBIs as USC's starting 1B
Brody Martin-Grudzielanek RHP (Hawaii) - Incoming SO who struck out 44 in 45 innings. Likely bullpen arm who could start if he continues developing

Now a Duck! He played very little at Vanderbilt. However if he can be anything like his Freshman form, then the Ducks might have a steal here.

Might not be that accurate but I do know someone that’s friends with Maddox Moloney, and he told me that from an convo he had with Maddox he is planning on returning for this senior year.

I wonder if his brother finally shows up. I know he committed to Oregon out of HS but he played at a JC this past season. Not sure if that was the plan because the roster was full or they parted ways and there's no chance he comes back.

Can't say I'm surprised after Clarke lost his starting spot. He'll find a decent school but he's severely limited as a power conference pitcher because he doesn't throw in the mid 90s consistently or at all. I think Oregon has some decent arms on the roster that could replace him or they'll get someone in the portal like a Gosztola or Scolari.

Major news as freshman All-American OF Angel Laya has entered the portal. Talk about a completely unexpected loss for Oregon entering next season. That leaves a massive hole in the OF and the lineup. Rumors are several SEC schools offered him a major payday that Oregon couldn't match. Really hope Oregon can hang onto incoming HS OF Isaiah Hearn (viewed as a potential 1st-3rd round draft pick) to possibly replace Laya.

Unfortunately this is gonna be the new norm for Oregon. We just don't have the funds to keep up with the SEC schools. Bummer.

Same with Oregon State as they just lost FR All-American P Trey Morris today. I think Laya is probably more replaceable as an OF but his hitting and overall baseball IQ is not going to be easy to replicate.

And just the precedent this sets. Any freshmen that have a great first season with us are likely to be plucked away. Hopefully Jaksa stays...

From Toby Twist's dad, sounds like there'll be a few more of Oregon's top players entering the portal for SEC money. Not having a full rev share in the Big Ten is really hurting Oregon's non-revenue sports.

Yeah that's sad. Sounds like Lauaki Jr. may be next. We were looking like a team that could possibly host a super regional next year, to a team just hoping to make post season play.

Hit a tad over .300 at Coastal Carolina his first two seasons, before injuries riddled the latter half of his career.

Losing some (if not all) of our freshmen phenoms is sad, but Johnstone and Books IMO are really solid additions. Guys who could possibly hit .300+ this upcoming season for us.

It's sort of funny that Oregon's starting OF next season could be Jax Gimenez, Jack Brooks, and Jake Books.
