Not really much of an article. Not sure how these writers get paid to publish articles like this in a NEWSpaper when there is really no news in it.

Weren't some saying that this article would reveal that Gaines had committed to the Ducks?

It not only doesn't do that, but reveals yet more bad news regarding Tuinei's potential grade issues. The recruiting news, for this class at least, seems to be getting worse and worse with each passing day. Unbelievable.

If Diante Jackson doesn't at least end up at Oregon, I might go off the deep end.

i think your negativity is unfounded. did you read Moseley's blog today. The U of O is not the devil and they aren't as bad as you think . . . I think . . .

Actually, Slammer, I would be ok with that. I have just been begging, hoping, crying out, asking Santa every year, for a REAL defense. One that pressures the QB and gets off the field on 3rd down. One that excites the crowd and makes us look forward to 3rd and long instead of dreading it.

Nothing excites me more than a big sack, on an unexpected blitz, by the Oregon defense, at a crucial juncture in the game, on 3rd down, to get the crowd going, and get the defense off the field to get the ball back for the offensive unit. 80 yard TD runs and 40 yard TD passes don't excite me as much as the great feeling of a big sack in a huge situation on defense.

I asked Santa Claus for it this last Christmas, too.

I don't think we'll ever have to worry about being like the Baltimore Ravens...too much talent on "O" with a genius pulling the strings and a DC who let's just say doesn't have the strongest track record

I thought Teunui was an academic qualidier out of HS like Masoli. I don't understand how he's having qualifying issues.

That was the story I recall as well.

Where did this come from? The devil? I was talking/taking a shot at the state of OREGON's rules for JC transfers! Relax...

BTW I think RM (Rob Moseley) made a mistake Tunei was a full qualifier out of HS...
