Wow. If he really does pull down an offer from Tennessee and Cincinatti, he deserves an offer from us. Any kid that wants to be a duck that bad and can obviously play should get an offer. Sounds like a 3* (educated guess), one that we should make room for.

I will post somet stuff that didn't make it into the story.

I've been talking with Jean for about 2 weeks now. Didnt truely know how interested he was or how talented he was at first but I can tell you this. He truely wants to be a Duck. He was excited as can be about Ethan Grant committing to Oregon.

He's been trying every day for the past week to 10 days to get a hold of a coach and finally he got ahold of one early this week and that was Kelly. Had his tape shipped out two days ago and should most likely hear back over the weekend or early next week maybe.

Miami fans are drooling over this kids potential.

I think he will have a huge summer that could launch him way up the rankings.

As duck fan here, I want him on Ducks team!. His vid are impressive to me, I would take him to get our D dangerous as our offense. Im glad to see him wanting to be ducks and Oregon Ducks is his dream team to play for. CK, get this stud already!.

I say that Kelly needs to get right on him now. He seems to have the type of attitude that Oregon wants in their program: someone who would do anything to come play for the Ducks. You can't knock that type of player.

God damn... This kid a. REALLY wants to be a duck, and b. can hit like a damn hammer. I'd love to see him get an offer. Anyone who's that grateful to be on the team will probly work their ass off over the four years we have them.

Like has been said before... If it looks like a Duck, plays like a Duck, and wants to be a Duck... Give 'em an offer!

I agree...I love his attitude...Helping people up after he hits em...Always looks likes he's out there having fun...And looks to be an absolute sure tackler which is a must in out system with all the one on one we play...Hopefully his speed checks out as i'm thinking thats the only thing that could prevent an offer.

A couple of questions. These aren't rhretorical questions as I honestly don't know the answers and would like help:

1. What's the quality of league that he plays in?
2. What position would he project as? A safety or DB?

The highlight reel reminds me quite a bit of how TJ Ward plays. I would offer this kid a schollie and lock him up right away. If he wants to be a Duck that bad, I want him to be a Duck that bad. Attitude is 90% of the battle and he's got it.

I think the #1 thing I liked about his highlight reel is that he rarely was seen celebrating big plays... he acted like he was supposed to do what he just did, was expecting it, and wasn't interested in taunting anyone. I like that attitude a LOT and want it on our team!

This kid has some good tackling skills. If the oponents are as fast as they look he might just be a diamond in the rough for the Ducks. I like DB's that wrap up even on big hits.
