Andy Mac on duckfeed on goducks.com has a returning player breakdown based on the number of plays played last season. We only have 2 with over 1,000 plays returning Tukaufu and Ward were both over 1100 plays last year. Proves the point that the defense plays alot when our offense scores so fast.

Here is an early look at the Ducks possible depth chart. It will most likely change based on incoming players and performance and practices during the spring camp and game. The depth chart is based on number of plays the players were involved with last season, which is why players like Nate Costa and LaMichael James are not listed. (Next to the players name is the number of plays they were in last season)

I wonder how many total plays we had this season?

That article also shows that losing starters on the O line doesn't mean that we lose experience. We have three lineman over 500 plays and a lot of athleticism behind them. All of the players on that list are capable of being starters. I can't wait to see the spring game.

Did anyone else know that you could see that on scout? I cannot believe I just noticed that. It really helped me see the overall picture.

I have an Excel spreadsheet along those same lines that I keep updated when the Ducks add a player, lose a player, etc. The advantage of doing it yourself is you can't rely on eDuck to keep things even remotely up to date. For example, they still list Cade Cooper on their depth chart, even though he has been gone since June of last year. They still list Elvis Akpla, still have Malachi Lewis listed at RB, still have Simi Toeaina listed at OG, etc. I also don't like how they just mix the walk-ons in with the scholarship players without labeling them in some way.
