according to a post by bob rickert, duck blogger from the Oregonian, Lagarette furnished alcohol to a minor and may face a misdemeanor. His post was unclear but what i deciphered was that the kid who he gave the alcohol to, among other things, wrecked a taxi cab into a bus stop. here is a link to the post:

If this is true then hopefully lagarette can get this taken care of and be ready to go for next year. if he does get charged could be looking at missing at least a game or two i would think.

Ummm, is the O-live forum really a credible source?

rickert is the ducks blogger for the oregonian and posts on the forum pretty regularly. he has been right about a lot of recruiting stuff before. im not saying its true but as far as sources go he has been pretty credible, not just some joe schmoe posting on a forum.

"He apparently got drunk, furnished alcohol to a minor who ended up drinking himself to death, stole a farm animal, tried to put it in his car but it wouldn't fit, so he bribed a cabbie with weed and burgers to let him roll the cab. He stopped at a bar to have another drink and ended up assaulting a National Guardsman for dating outside of his race, then continued on until he crashed the cab into a bus stop. Looks like he may face a misdemeanor.

Hopefully he gets reinstated soon... "

Of course it's fiction. It's all tongue-in-cheek commentary on past transgressions of the other team in Oregon.

You would think wouldn't you, but that's the kind of shenanigans that happen at the JC in cornvalley.
