Job Offer

Post by goducks »

Hi everyone,

The local football team here in Lyon, France (Les Falcons and yes there are American football games played here!) is looking for a qualified American or Canadian QB/ head coach for a one year contract starting in the fall. I said that I would help and here is their offer:

Round Trip airfare
Apartment and utilities
Insurance
High speed internet
Phone
Public transportation pass
gym
Team apparel
350 euros/month cash

Okay, it is not a lot of money and it is a team full of amateurs (with hearts of gold), but this could be a great experience for someone! Please let me know if you know of anyone who is qualified and may be interested. Thanks!

My little league team went undefeated last year using the wish bone offense...do you think that would impress them enough :D

Qualified: No.

Down: Yes.

On the plus side I speak French. Maybe I can sell them on that.

French team. Do they take a knee on each play? So the new French tanks are out, 16 speeds, all in reverse.

I wish I was qualified for it, man. This sounds like an amazing job for someone with any sort of coaching experience. Maybe if it was as a position coach.
