They are playing him at PG, they have I think 3 injured PG's, so he is the only PG(or close to being) left. Thus the 10 assists.
I doubt he gets extended once all the PG's come back, but for now he is doing good.

I rememeber back in Indiana that they kept trying him out at point, but never really pulled the trigger. They had solid point play which kept him out of the rotation except in spurts. The guy has great hands, can pass well, and made good decisoins most of the time. He will never be a pure point, but he can definately fill in a gap until he isnt needed there anymore.
