I'm actually a tampa bay fan. I dislike Gruden, I think he is over-rated and the players did not like him or trust him at Tampa which ultimately was a major reason he was fired.
That being said, his name would be a big draw at Oregon, and he would not be the HC which may help, however if we think a former NFL coach comes and takes some position coaching job or lower with us, I'd say we are reaching a little.
