There's another, but just to put it out there, I'd trust Bill's link over this one. Baseball America knows their stuff. Anderson and McGough are pretty consistent, but the link above has Boer going #221... which would be good news for Oregon.
The above link also has Porter Clayton going #136, for some reason. Must not have gotten the memo that he's already enrolled in college.
Also has Serna #227, and Pulfer not going at all in the top 331. Depending on how much he thinks he can improve his draft stock (if at all), I suppose there's an outside chance he'd change his mind and come back.
SIgning bonuses: for a lot of players, deciding whether or not come back to school depends on where they were drafted and what kind of signing bonus they can get. If it's not enough, players often try coming back to to school and raising their stock. Based on 2010's numbers:
Anderson, if he goes anywhere from #24-27, can expect a signing bonus of about $1.2 million. Yep, he's gone.
If Boer and McGough go in the 3rd/4th round (around #95-127), the signing bonus would range anywhere from $250k-450k. Fairly substantial cash. If Boer drops all the way to #221, like in the link above, he'd get one around $75k. Same with Serna. That might just be enough to prompt him to come back...
