lol no, scouted is based off the real, but randomized...it tends to give you a good idea as to their real, but can be off in left field from time to time

I'd say 85% of the time it's a good indicator. There are a few exceptions though just to mix it up a bit. For example there is a player with A potential left in the draft pool that I know has nowhere close to that.

you are good though, I like the Daugherty and Manning picks, and Muggsy is the kinda guy you gamble on being a steal, just because he is such a unique player

Daugherty and Manning were back to back #1 picks in real life, I'd venture to guess that they are legit young prospects with lots of potential.
