Oh no! I just read this and it ended 12 minutes ago. That really bites! Hmmm... I think I can still watch it though. The miracle of technology.

The best wedding gift I got (don't tell my wife) was a DVD Recorder. I record as many Duck games as I can straight to DVD. It's so awesome! I would recommend any Duck fan getting one. From just last year, I have the USC, Cal, Purdue, Arizona, ASU, WA st., OSU and the Holiday Bowl. I think I have 20-25 games from the last 3 years. You can pop the games in any time. It's fantastic!

Darn, just saw this now. Oh well!
A few weeks ago, I caught a replay of the Ducks/Cal game at Autzen from a few years ago, with the fumble out of the end zone at the end. The funny thing is I was getting all fired up and mad again. I was lucky enough to be at the game, and watching the replay hurt almost as much as being there. Almost.
And my wife was laughing her rear off that I was still getting so worked up. Of course what can you expect from a Huskies fan?

Yep. Crazy huh? She's also a lawyer, so we have a bet every year that's written in a contract form, that's signed by both of us. It's been pretty fun the last few years since she's lost the bet every since we had it. Part of the bet is when we have kids, we get to dress them in the winner's clothing for the next year's game. She's pregnant with our first child and I tried to get her to wear a Ducks shirt for this year's game (so the kid is wearing a Duck's shirt) but no go.KeenanHowry15 wrote:So wait dude, your married to a husky fan? The best part about her being a Huskies fan is we go to a game in Seattle every year, and the Ducks v Huskies from 2007, when Dennis, Jstew and I believe Crenshaw ran for 450 yards was probably the most fun game I've ever seen in person. I was sitting in the Huskies fan section and me and one other Duck fan were going nuts and high-fiving.
My dad actually played Safety for the Huskies as well, but don't worry. I'm full-on Duck fan. The odds were stacked against me but I saw the light!

It's very inspiring to hear how some people have risen up against such odds and adversity to become decent citizens of principle and honor.
