With Cummings out right now, I don't think tactics will make much of a different right now. He comes back in 11 days, so once he's back adjust then.
Your team has been running an outside offense which I don't think is a great idea, so I would switch back to balanced and run through Cummings.
Where do i go to change tactics? just so i know for later on when he is back

You change it here:
Pace: Very Slow or Slow or Normal or Fast or Very Fast
Trap: Never or Sometimes or Normal or Often or Always
Press: Never or Sometimes or Normal or Often or Always
Focus: Inside or Balanced or Outside

when I get around to finishing it. I kid. I putter around with it and begin to finalize it around the trade deadline (100)

Hey all, I was talking with TK and he had a great idea. I love breaking down players and number and trades and also have quite a bit of free time to spend on here during my work day, so I'd like to offer up myself to help value or negotiate or research tradea and offers for any of you newer guys, or anyone that is unsure or would like some help or a 2nd look. Feel free to PM me whenever and as often as you'd like.

^Same goes for guys like broph, zyme, lukey, dd10snoop who have been here a while (I prolly missed a few other guys too).
Of course, you're always welcome to come to me. But if I'm busy or not responding right away, don't hesitate to ask any of them for some advice.
