Terrible Uni Combo

I thought when I read that white lids were being used, it kinda automatically meant white pants. But with the grey pants (they are grey. There is nothing "steel" about them) it looked silly. Even the guy on Sportscenter actually said "who's dressing these clowns". Though he immediately tried to say something good about Nike but it was kinda a dumb attempt. I'm sure the beefers will have a field day with that one.

Yeah. How bout some black on black with the chrome hat? Or, just not having a golf coach dress us? Golf isn't exactly known for its forward-thinking fashion.

From a female point of view, those gray pants were VERY nice.

Up close the combo of the green jersey & gray pants was a good look, but the white helmets I wasn't sure about. Maybe they were looking for a color that would really stand out against the red Utah lids.

3 different colors at once does not work. Either carbon fiber helmets with the gray/green or white pants with the green/white.

I agree. There needs to be one dominant color feature on any uniform worn. With 3 different colors, there are just too many colors, with not all of them going together. The white helmet really looked out of place since there was no white on any of the pants or jerseys. If they go with the white helmet, either the white pants or the white jersey has to be worn. It would also work if you went to a solid pant/jersey color.

Todays combo was about as bad as the white jersey and yellow pants. I dont they they can get away with the grey pants without the carbon fiber helmet. Even then I dont think the combo would have looked good.

I think it would have looked sweet with the carbon helmets. Maybe all of the carbon helmets aren't done yet. They have to be a pain to paint.

From what I remember the carbon helmets had a yellow O on them. Which I think would have looked bad, but todays combo with the carbon helmet, with a green O would have probably looked pretty slick.

heyyy, i love our uni combo we had against ASU, white/white/yellow. atfirst i thought it was ugly combo but when you actually see them wearing it on TV, it look better than what i expected. So i wish we had white/green/white or white/black/white and maybe white/yellow/white. Its embrassing to see our uni combo today on national tv.

Did not like the combination and thought it one of the ugliest choices. Keep it in a two color scheme.

My firsth thought when I saw them on the tv then on the field was you got to be kidding me. I told my dad... I can just hear the talking heads at ESPN commenting about our uniforms. I totally agree with the comments about who was dressing these kids. Those combinations wear butt ugly. I wouldnt want to be caught dead in that combo. I am just glad the Ducks won. Hopefully the talking ehads focus more on fact we won.. than the uniforms.

It would have looked great with green lids instead of white, or white pants instead of steel, but today's combo was pretty rough
