Looks like 2025 OL Sandman Thompson has decommitted. Not a big deal with so much time until early signing day.

Wasn't this the guy who sort of mysteriously committed? IIRC there was a rumor he was never really offered. Word was a coach connected with him and spoke generally to him and apparently he assumed it was an.offer. I think this is the guy, please correct me if I am wrong.

I remember when he committed ( assuming above is a correct recollection) Dan never even did one of his Duck tweets that always precedes a recruiting announcement.

Yeah, I do think there is a backstory here. Doesn't matter at this point but it may have been a mutual parting of the ways.
