No mystery in what they are doing, everyone everywhere called this. They just milking the clock. We need to start playing goal line defense on every single play and force them to throw the ball. They are doing exactly what they want to do right now

Yup, and kudos to them. I'd be surprised if they are able to sustain that the entire game however. But a good plan for them. Also props to McCoy, he's doing a good job commanding that offense.

Oregon State is 4/5 on 3rd downs which includes a 3rd and 10 and 3rd and 15 conversion. Ducks defense needs to get chewed out by Lanning.

Not winning any individual matchups on the line. No reason for that. OSU is down two starters. Hard to wrap my head around why this D would have regressed so much. Really hoping they’re just still figuring things out and not that we bombed the evals on our transfers.

I'm just frustrated right now. I just spend a week watching two dozen videos stating Oregon State would just milk the clock and run the ball, and we come into this game, and they are doing just that. So its not surprising.

Front seven is noticeably worse than last season outside of Harmon (who wasn’t even in on that last series). Burch looks out of shape and LB’s are just all over that place. On that replay of OSU’s TD, Boettcher was WAY off of his assignment, he looked like Flowe. I have no idea what’s going on with the defense but it feels like there is a real lack of discipline compared to last season.

Yup good drive for Beavers. If Oregons offense keeps rolling, their long grinding drives won’t be enough.
