That game was wild. I can't believe our defense was so bad! I kept waiting for us to adjust and clamp down but that obviously never happened. A few thoughts:
- I feel like our defense started figuring things out toward the very end of the game.
- I think the Penn State QB's scrambling caused a ton of problems for us. I don't remember the last time the Ducks faced so few mobile QBs in a season.
- I'm not worried about this happening again. I trust our D.
Awesome win though, and the "O" was sensational.

Was at the game last night 70-30 pen state solid showing by the dux. It felt like by the end of the third quarter, penn st just started feeling it was slipping. The enthusiasm started to die off hard. Yeah their running quarterback hurt us. That was such a fun game. I’m so goddamn proud of this team. I didn’t really see a lot of salty fans for the Penn State sideline very gracious all of them just came away blinking going “what hit us they” didn’t think we were this good and because a came out as a believer. They were already plotting the demise of a SEC team in the cold embrace of Beaver stadium mid December in two weeks.
