A lot of OT's taken in the top 10. Hopefully that is good news for Conerly.

Conerly #29 to the Redskins. Two first-rounders, not bad.

Great landing spot for Conerly as he gets to play for a playoff contender right off the bat. Could really develop into a cornerstone OT for them with how much untapped potential he's got.

I'm still not fully used to the Ducks putting guys in the 1st round every single year these days.

We're not that far from having quite the All-Oregon NFL roster if you built it out.StevensTechU wrote: Thu Apr 24, 2025 8:47 pm I'm still not fully used to the Ducks putting guys in the 1st round every single year these days.

Here's hoping recruits are paying very close attention.

It's very odd watching all the talking heads obsess over Shedeur Sanders as if they all had some kind of vested interest in his success. I mean, the dude didn't exactly blow the college football world away, despite having a heisman-winning receiver. Hopefully getting picked a little bit later gives the kid some much-needed humility and puts a chip on his shoulder to go get after it.

The chip on his shoulder maybe. Humility? likely not. Did you see his set up for his draft day party? A chip on his shoulder also won't change that whatever team gets him, also gets papa sanders as well.Phalanx wrote: Fri Apr 25, 2025 3:52 pm It's very odd watching all the talking heads obsess over Shedeur Sanders as if they all had some kind of vested interest in his success. Former Duck Tyler Shough just went #40 to New Orleans.
Also on that Cristobal 2020 team who could get drafted after playing elsewhere is Bradyn Swinson.

Did everyone expect him to go this high? Congrats to him, Ducks are showing out in this draft.

I don't look at any of this as a knock on the Sanders family, who I find annoying, but being self-absorbed as an athlete seems fairly common. The indictment is against the media, who tried very hard to run with the narrative that Shedeur was going high in the first round...but they forgot to ask all the scouts who view him as a 3rd round talent.squintsdd wrote: Fri Apr 25, 2025 5:01 pm

Anyway, Shedeur's wallpaper is accurate in one respect: This draft day slide is LEGENDARY. It will be the basis of comparison for anyone who drops in the draft for years to come.
