Kansas sounds very confident they’ll land Sarr.

Figures they would given their NIL resources and NBA track record. Would be nice for Oregon to land a top transfer or international guy one of these days. I expect Oregon will go hard for the Southern Indiana SF transfer if Sarr goes elsewhere.

Sarr to Kansas is looking more and more likely.

With Sarr out of reach, they likely go after the SF from Southern Indiana to give them some depth at wing. Can't say I'm overly enthused with what they've got at SG and SF right now.

Oregon looks completely out of it now that blue bloods like Kansas and Duke have gotten involved.

As expected, Sarr chose Duke.

Them losing ground to the blue bloods is likely why they started going after Ristic.

Is the athletic department’s NIL budget for basketball that far behind some of the blue bloods? Seems a little weird if so given it’s Oregon, but at the same time it’s an investment and fans have not been invested in men’s basketball for years.

Oregon just isn't going to compete for many top recruits with NIL deals from basketball schools with the bulk of funds going towards football.OregonFan4Life wrote: Thu May 22, 2025 5:49 pm Is the athletic department’s NIL budget for basketball that far behind some of the blue bloods?
