I don't have a screenshot, but it essentially looked like the same error code would pop up after hitting submit.

I'd go back to Active Topics and it would show my post as having been made though.

Yeah I see it intermittently. I logged out and logged back in and it fixed it temporarily.

I will try to upgrade our board later tonight to a newer version of phpbb to see if that helps.

Just finished upgrading the forum. Things seem better? Please let me know if you see these same issue again.
