Great start for Graves' team. Beat Auburn 58-53 on the road today.

Ducks trailed for most of the first three quarters. Auburn actually led by 14 early in the third quarter but Oregon cut it to a tie by the end of quarter.
Katie Fiso took over the game in the fourth quarter scoring 13 of the Ducks 18 points.

It's so nice to see how the women are doing. I feel like they're by and large maximizing their capabilities. I hold no illusions as to what they'll be able to accomplish in conference play, especially with seven B1G teams currently in the top 25. I won't be surprised to see them get spanked pretty good at UCLA on Saturday, but if that happens I hope they don't get too discouraged and just keep trying to get better. I could see them pulling a few upsets.

It’s been an interesting transition the last couple of years moving towards being a more defensive oriented team. But they are playing hard and are decently long at top. It’s good to see Fiso make the leap in play as she can open up the offense for the other players. Big Ten may be a little rough but I can see them compete as long as they don’t get discouraged.
