As said above, I don't expect those names to see the field. I only included a couple true freshmen who are either very physically or skillfully mature, or those that benefit from shallow depth.

I don't expect to see Hudson Lewis getting PT as I'd put both Bair and Hampton above him. Given their current RB and DL depth, Ball and Cumberland may see some PT. No way are they keeping both Lharisse and Washington completely off the field.

Jeez, the team now needs bodies. Hopefully we start seeing more incoming commits.

Guys, a lot of this is likely these young men finding homes with Tosh and Stein. I think Tosh is a genuine human and I had him completely pegged wrong from his “Xbox Tosh” Days. I think he is a real one and that is why he has been such a good recruiter from the jump. I also think he genuinely cares for the young men, likely why he paid for the UW players tutoring bill. I’ve watched him with the players and listened to him in interviews and he just seems like a genuine, real guy. Remember, Dan has the players build relationships with every coach on staff, not just their position coach. Some of them likely see a path for more time and a bump in NIL in following Stein and Tosh. Both great coaches, both great humans.

I put him on my list as a function of the depth chart. There aren't slot receivers currently. Frankly, Ball might have the best chance of seeing the field by playing slot like he does in high school.

Oregon is right up there with Ohio State in losing so many players to the portal.

I'm still confused by the decision to bring him to Oregon. I sincerely hope that he's planning to sit behind Dante for a year.

I guess the positive part of this is that he has decent experience and results. It'll be interesting to see what he can do with a lot more talent around him.

Yale OT Michael Bennett commits to Oregon. I have no clue how good he is.

Has 2.5 years starting at right tackle, so he has played a lot at least. Only one year of eligibility.

Ivy League players have underwhelmed after transfers in the limited history of the portal/grad transfers, but averages don't matter to the individual. Hopefully he's a stalwart. I'm actually more interested in what the Ducks do at guard this year because that's going to have the bigger impact on the run game.

I wondering if we'll go for some taller WRs in the portal. (A shame Cam Coleman signed with tx) As much as I like our WRs, none of our WRs next year will be over 6'1.

Looking back at some of the past teams in the championship and the Indiana team this year, their starting WR corp usually consisted of 6'2-6'4 WRs that were explosive and/or sure handed.
