Tacoi Sumler - Everybody's attention, if you know me or even know of me, please tune in to ESPNU tonight at 7 p.m. Eastern. I participated in an All-American 7 on 7 and I also announced my college decision. The show is from 7-9 p.m. and includes highlights from tournament, interviews (including 1 with me) and my college committment. Thank you, Prymetyme!

Nevermind, it's just been said in the other thread he's already commited to us and going to annouce it tonight. Seemed like a strange timing to annouce for Oregon.

Ahh and i have to work tonight! Guess ill have to just get on here on my phone to see what happened. Hopefully its good, this would be a HUGE pick up for us!

Sounds like a bright/very nice guy. Yes he is just 5'9, but man can he run. My favorite pickup of the 2011 class so far.

Really pleased with this commitment. Sumler seems like a bright kid with a great personality. He stated that the Sports Marketing program, the offense ("they get the ball in the hands of their playmakers, which leads to big plays"), Nike, and playing in the Pac 10 as the determining factors in his selection.

I've seen a lot of athletes come to Oregon in hopes of majoring in business/sports marketing and most aren't able to make it into the program. Sumler on the other hand, has very good grades and solid SAT scores, which is a good indicator of how well he'll do in college. I expect Sumler to excel both in the classroom and on the field.
