My thought is.............. if Blount has an agent, that guy can keep him motivated to stay fit and in school. Just trying to come up with ways to have a happy ending for LGB. Hope springs eternal and if LGB keeps his eye on the NFL prize, perhaps this all can work out. Just hoping!

MFR, If this is his lifetime dream why would he need an agent??? It is not like he is swimming with the sharks negotiating a NFL contract yet.... If anything this should tell him he needs to put 210% effort into his training (even pr skills) if nothing else than to show Oregon coaches they really screwed up. It should be motivation for him. Let him prove he did it on his own and he holds his own destiny.

LGB needs a lot of guidance as he has proved in his past. He is not necessarily motivated in the academics department and he is the type of guy that a one on one mentor would help to keep him focused. Examples; had to go to JC as well as not showing up to conditioning, gaining weight, etc. Sometimes we can have dreams and the talent, but lack the internal drive to see it come to fruition. He needs someone to keep him focused on the brass ring because I don't think he will be able to get himself there which happens to many of us. Agent, special coach, other successful professional athlete, someone.
