I love seeing the semi-delayed late substitution. Running the clock is smart as hell right now.

While I realize it’s quite popular to $h!t all over our Oline on this board, I would like to remind everyone that these guys handled and/or mauled some very good Dlines this season in PSU, Iowa, UW (and an above average DLine in Minnesota) we ran it quite well on IU and our coaches admitted we made a mistake in going away from the run against them.

People that “know ball” thought enough of our Oline to vote them a finalist for the Moore Award.

Plays have been there today. Oregon has shot themselves in the foot. Compare that to TT who hasn’t really dumb thing on offense. Those were forced turnovers. TT just can’t really move the ball.

Styles make fights and I think this front 7 just happened to be that rare perfect storm that sells out to stop the run and are twitchy and quick enough in their pass rush to pray they get to you before you find the open man against their average secondary. No shame in tipping the cap to their D, but it doesn’t mean our Oline is trash.

What a great open field tackle by Dillon and then the closer from Purchase on the sack

Purchase leaves the QB in the fetal position crying for his mommy. We all kept hearing about the Texas Tech D before the game, and they were good, but Oregon's D is the story here.

Unless Tech somehow gets a garbage score does this go down as the best defensive performance in Oregon football history?

Tech's biggest strength have exploited our biggest weakness.

I feel good about going into the Peach Bowl.

It's good game-day operation to be ready for those moments and adjust accordingly.

Oregon's D has been amazing all game! Nice response after softening against JM. Hoping to see the same from our offense in the Peach Bowl.

JMU clearly had the superior QB over Tech.

Silly penalty by Texas Tech there to essentially end the game.

OL did play much better in the 2nd half.

They did. Tech's defense was also on the field the whole game and probably got worn down and/or demoralized by their offense's ineptitude.

Going for the TD makes the most sense here, it’s not being rude or classless but makes the most sense in this situation.
