And what does he do to your NIL budget? Eh, I think Moore is their guy. And how long has it been since Oregon has had a TE that is a strong blocker and pass catcher?
Look at what Brock Bowers did. Absolutely dominant. Never a liability on the field. Lack of TE blocking is probably one of the things is one of the things that has limited the run game these past few years (since before Breeland, really). Letting Matavao go was a huge mistake. He's better than Ferg. It's so much harder to defend a guy who is a good receiver/good blocker than it is a guy who is a great receiver / bad blocker.
