I wish we could be like separate conferences and have the winner of the XBOX and PS3 play each other for the national championship

Ya, that would be sweet if we could play x-box users!!! Anyway, how do you guys feel about picking teams with ratings of like say; 85 and under? Or 81 and under? I'm actually game for whatever everyone decides, but just as ducksin suggested, nobody should be able to have Oregon. I don't wanna manage the leage so if anyone wants too be all means have at it. This should be a blast too play with C4Q dudes only!!! Lets try and get teams set up and be ready when the game arrives??

I think the idea of a maximum rating rule is a great idea. Is there a list of teams and their ratings somewhere already?

I have never done an online dynasty, so I have no idea how it works and I am probably a bad candidate for managing it.
