4) Players cannot be cut and resigned in the trade process. Any player cut in a trade will be placed on waivers. After 48 hours anyone can sign him.
Hornets get him if no on else says anything by Sunday morning (48 hours is up). If another team claims him, he'll be given to a team who claimed him at random.
